What is the Cancellation Policy?

Guests may cancel up to 12 hours prior to their reservation time with no charge. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation call 813-221-9191 or email ashinfo@properhousegroup.com

Are walk-ins available for dinner?

Reservations are highly recommended to ensure your table is available. We will accommodate walk-ups on a space available basis. 

Can you do takeout?

The team at Ash will be serving dine-in guests only, at this time. 

Do you have a kids menu? 

We’re happy to have children dine with us, but we currently only have one menu.

Can you accommodate my food allergy/dining restriction? 

Please let us know about your dining restrictions when you make your reservation. Our chef may be able to hold or substitute allergens from select dishes.  

Can you accommodate a big party? 

Ash is an intimate dining experience and currently can accommodate parties of up to 6 people seated together. 

Do you accept cash?

Ash is cashless, so please be prepared to pay with your credit or debit card.

Parking is available at a number of locations around Water Street. Please refer to the parking  map for details.
